Linda Edna Cardellini's parents include businessman Wayne David Cardellini and Lorraine (Hernan). Her parents were born at Redwood City in California. Her parents are Italian (from paternal grandsons), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda, California's youngest child was raised in her home in the San Francisco Bay Area. When she was 10, she became interested in acting after she sang in a school Christmas play. Then she began to appear in school and community theater. Linda went to Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. After she graduated Linda was forced to decide which one she would prefer to relocate in New York or Los Angeles to study theatre. Following her graduation, she was required to make a decision on whether to pursue film and television in Los Angeles. Linda was cast in her first part in the TV show Bone Chillers (1996). Freaks and Geeks was the character that led to her breakthrough. In the acclaimed series she played the role of decathlete Lindsay Weir. The show received the Emmy Award under the category of Outstanding Casting Comedy Series.

Lily James is a stage name for Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson, an English actress born on the 5th of April, 1989. Her acting career began in the year 2010 with the British TV series Just William, in which she was a student at the London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Cinderella was her breakthrough part after her role in the role of the character Lady Rose MacClare, in Downton Abbey's period drama (2012-2015). James continued to play the Countess Natasha Rostova in the television adaptation of War & Peace (2016) and starred in several films, including the action movie Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) and The Dig (2021), as well as the musicals Mamma Mia! Here We Go again (2018) and Yesterday 2019 The actress was nominated for a Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 for her portrayal of Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
